I recently got into armored combat so, knights. If we’re gonna kill each other, let’s at least be civilized!

Ok now THAT’S a weird one to censor.
Oh, man. My mother had cats who would just attack tp or paper towels. We had them both hanging the ‘correct’ way, got tired of it and flipped em. Now, though, I stick to dogs lol
The proper way to hang it, if you have cats, is the other way so they don’t bat it all off if the get access. This is why I do not have cats.
I dunno, have you seen the drivers out there? Pretty sure some of them are watching movies.
Holy shit I haven’t thought about frybread in like, a decade and now you made me think about it. How dare you.
Gid is gud
Positively psycho.
This was literally wind.waker for me hah. Printed the GameFAQs walkthrough, brought it to a buddy’s, and muddled through it.
Reminds me of Jung’s theory around The Gaze, and how by ourselves we are our own subjects, capable of authoring our own paths, but as soon as another being is introduced and we’re subject to their gaze, their own aspect of being a subject necessarily forces some objectification upon us (and us on them). It’s interesting theory, and a good examination of why some people feel so incredibly uncomfortable with others around.
Funny, for me repeat offenders somehow always had a second request I couldn’t find until 430pm on a Friday. Strange how it always happened. Oh well, sucks to suck.
If you watch his latest appearance on Joe Rogans podcast
Thank you for your sacrifice.
That’s the prototype CyberTrunk. Interfaces directly with neuralink.
Yeah, I don’t think anyone is arguing they shouldn’t. It just seems really counterproductive to ever talk to a father as if he’s a babysitter. As long as we’re assuming Mom doing all the child rearing work is normal, and Dad’s just a babysitter, we’re leaving the door open to normalizing deadbeats.
Root beer. Or cream soda. Or a spicy ginger ale / beer. Anything with bite, flavor, complexity.
Am I missing something? Aren’t the people asking the man if he’s giving mom a break the ones perpetuating the “moms are expected to raise children” stereotype? The guy in this scenario is simply doing father things, it’s the assumptive person asking the question that’s hanging onto old beliefs.
I’m all for fathers being fathers, and I think anyone who bothers to take their kid to the park on off times is probably in the same boat. It comes across as more than a bit condescending to have some random person imply that this activity isn’t one that’s normal for your family.
Sounds like an Aye to me.
Oh man, you reminded me of LED magnetic throwies, just little homemade LEDs with a watch battery and a magnet. Throw em wherever they’ll stick, they’re like $.50 to make. Seems like the 00s version, if a little less ubiquitous
Stephen King’s Dark Tower series is my go-to epic fantasy. I’m about to start a 4th trip to the tower once I’m done with my current listen.
Enders Game by Orson Scott Card, and a select few other books in the series (Speaker for the dead and Enders Shadow most notably) - Card at the top of his game is fantastic, I just wish he didn’t dive completely off the deep end.
Tangentially, Berserk, if you include manga. Hands down my favorite piece of media altogether.
Comfy bed.
