  • Wait how?

Because he isn’t working out “for her” or because he doesn’t think his grandma is strong enough to throw her own car batteries in the ocean?

If A) I’m assured women aren’t dressing in a certain way or doing makeup “for men” as well, they say it’s “for them.” Unless this is misandrist, I don’t think working out “not for women’s approval” is misogynist. Doing things for other reasons than to garner the sexual attraction of the opposite sex seems like an acceptible path.

If B) It could just as easily be that he isn’t doubtful of grandma’s abilities because she is a woman, but because she is old. Maybe it’s ageism at play instead, or maybe she asked previously if her grandson could assist with routine car maintenance such as a battery change.

If C) Other, please inform, as I have missed it.

  • Brother laser printers, higher upfront cost but I don’t think I’ll ever need another. I don’t print frequently so inkjet carts dry up, toner doesn’t have that issue, toner also lasts longer, whenever I have to replace it I’m pretty sure they have 3rd party carts, and they don’t do any subscription bullshit or planned obsolescence so far that I’ve seen. Easy to set up on linux through CUPS and the official brother .rpm or .deb drivers. Cannot recommend them enough as someone who also hates all other printers.

  • I love mine but I’ve noticed some of these same issues, the spacers aren’t perfect and it does get hot as hell while charging. I only have the integrated graphics though I didn’t get the extra. My fans haven’t ever gotten loud, at first I was concerned they weren’t running, and I’ll have to look into the veribrightness thing, idk about all that. I really don’t mind the spacers though, I got the numpad so I only have the bottom ones and the only issue is looks, idgaf.

  • Tbf there is sort of a barrier to entry to text based websites or at least the comment section therein, it is a reasonable expectation that everyone reading the comment section can either read or TTS it or else they wouldn’t be here. It is not a reasonable assumption that everyone who is concerned about the privacy of automobiles has the use of their legs. While cars can be built in such a way that legs are not necessary, to my knowledge bicycles have yet to be unless we’re counting wheelchairs.

It is controlled, in most places it’s restricted for people under 18 or 21 depending. It isn’t just liquid tobacco, it’s the nicotine extracted from tobacco (or sweet potatoes) suspended in a solution with food grade vegetable glycerine or food grade propylene glycol. Tobacco has tar and is worse.

Some of it isn’t even that either, some of it is weed (that idk how they process).

Sometimes people can get things illegally. I enjoy weed which is illegal in my state and drank alcohol before I was 21. Other friends I know have done heroin in the past which is certainly illegal.

It’s popular for the same reason other drugs are, people like drugs.
